To facilitate self help for those who are on-the-go, we offer audio products in various lengths. The "Full Session" length is approximately 20 to 30 minutes of deep hypnosis. The "Half Session" length is approximately 10 to 15 minutes, is more of an imagery and is intended for people who don't
